In Xanathar's Guide to Everything, one of the downtime options provided in "Downtime, Revised" allows a character to gamble during their downtime to earn extra money.

Gambling

Games of chance are a way to make a fortune—and perhaps a better way to lose one.

So if I place a bet of 100gp and make my checks against this table, how much would I have, for each category?

@Rubiksmoose I would find that more confusing personally. The values in the table are simply how much gold you end up with. When making this change, to keep it consistent you would need to change the first line to -200gp, the third to +50gp and the fourth to +100gp. Alternatively a different column could be added with these values to make it extra clear?
