I am working on a homework assignment which requires us to normalize our database tables if it is possible. We are creating a basic EMR (electronic medical record) and focusing on the patient/physician interaction. From what I see our tables are in 1st, 2nd, and 3rd normal form from our analysis. Are we correct? Or are there any tables we have to normalize further. EDIT: I see that in my physician table I have their specialty which I can further split up into a table and refer to their specialty
that way.
