TPC-H qgen for generating queries

I downloaded the TPC-H benchmarking dataset. I completed the dbgen part of it. I want to generate the Executable Query Text using qgen. I read the README file, not able to understand it properly. I want to generate EQT for Apache Derby. If Derby is not available, any equivalent DB is fine.
